Well the Putrajaya Night Triathlon on 16 Dec has been postponed, and the Polis X-Country race doesn't seem to be on, on the following day, so it will be a quiet December event-wise. Luckily there is the Malay Mail Big Walk 10k on the 16th at 5pm, so the Sunday morning is still free for a bike ride.
I will have to take this opportunity to do some weekend swim-bike and bike-run training before the Kuantan Tri in January.
