On The Way

When is "On the way" o'clock?

A few days ago I exchanged SMS's with someone who's arrival time I wanted to know.

• The first two answers were "On the way".
• The third SMS asked me why I was asking (the reason was that they were already over 2 hours late for an event that my wonderful missus had put a lot of effort into)
• The 4th SMS gave me the answer to my original question!
