A deliberately shorter than usual 500m warm-up, to save my poor weak arms for the main set.
Main Set
- 4 x 100m on 2:50
- 4 x 100m on 2:45
- 4 x 100m on 2:40
- 4 x 100m on 2:35
- 1 x 100m on 2:30
100m breaststroke cool-down then stretching by the pool.
TOTAL 2,300m
A much better performance than the previous week. Need to stretch arm/shoulder muscles more often.
