Ipoh International Run
I really enjoyed my first two half-marathons earlier this year (KL and PD) so I'm chuffed that registration has opened for another - the Ipoh Internation Run on 1st July. Click on the image for run details/registration.

It's a week after Penang Bridge Mthon.. I might be only doing Half Mthon in IIR.. sort of "recovery" LSD run.. :)
I can't make it to this one! But I hope u'll enjoy visiting my neighbouring hometown, Ipoh. My hometown is Batu Gajah..
I'm doing the 10k run there next week.
