Warm Up
3 x 100m
Drills
1 x 100m KOS/roll drill
1 x 100m touch shoulder drill
Main Set
3 x 300m [7min]
2 x 400m [9min]
1 x 600m [<14min]
Cool-down - 100m

TOTAL 2,900m

Main set times were about 1min down on PB's for all distances but I was taking it easy. Drill helped improve stroke - need to do more.

Hello! :)
Is your coach still taking in students? Hahaha. Found a coach in Sunway, been to a few sessions (to improve my strokes)... not seeing much improvement cos he splits his time between 20 students of different levels (doesn't help I'm the only adult too) :(
