I think I'do both the Sprint and Olympic races but the Sprint will be strictly a training run!
I bought a book on triathlon swimming yesterday and have learnt a few things already. My plan is to swim 1500m each Saturday lunch-hour and start doing some technique practise in my condo pool in evenings. Mornings are out as I have to drive Lucas and best chum Mihir to school at 6.50am.
